300 Laughs A Day

Recently I heard a statistic that stated that the average child laughs 300 times per day, while the average adult only laughs 7 times.  

What makes you laugh?  Can you remember the last time you nearly wet your pants laughing or spewed a soft drink out your nose trying to keep from it?

Many believe that laughter is healing, and there is even a company in Oklahoma City called “Laughter Yoga”.  I once sent a Laughter CD to a client recovering from a difficult cancer treatment.  I hope it helped, but either way I am sure it didn't hurt. 

It is said that if you want to make God laugh, you should show him your plans.  Well, if your plans include laughter, then we'll all be laughing together.
